Secure customer information

Account details, phone or email, saved addresses, job notes, quotes, payment records, messages, reviews, support tickets and provider verification records may be processed to deliver the service.

Location and protected household media

Address coordinates are used for serviceability and active-job arrival tracking. When customers use Google address search or the map, Google Maps Platform processes the search and map interaction under the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. Photos, videos, voice notes and documents are stored with access controls and retained only for operational, safety, dispute or legal needs.

Controlled sharing and no sale of customer data

Karegar does not sell customer personal data. We share the minimum booking information needed with the assigned professional, authorised support staff and service vendors necessary to deliver an enabled integration. Personal phone numbers are not exposed when masked calling is active.

Secure account and data deletion requests

Customers can request account access or deletion. Financial, verification, safety and dispute records may still need to be retained for legal and fraud-prevention obligations.

Protected accounts and records

Bearer tokens are opaque and hashed, CNIC data is protected, sensitive files are private, staff actions are permissioned and high-risk changes are audited. No security measure removes all risk.

Language and contact

Customers may request assistance in Urdu or English. For privacy questions, use the support form and include the account email or phone without sending passwords, OTPs or full CNIC numbers.
